Setting up Multiple Obi's use same dashboard or separate?

I have a 110, just got a 202, and 100
going to set the others up in places I will be this summer.
Any advantages or disadvantages of using just one Dashboard to set them all up?

If any of these apply, then use separate OBiTalk logins:

1. You want a separate list of Speed Dials.
2. You may want to give access to somebody else for one but not all devices.

Speed dials are ok to be shared.
When I am not at the same physical location of the different Obi's,
different family members would use the obi for dial tone only (make and receive calls)
