About a month ago, I eliminated SimonTel from my Obi202/GV setup because of the delay I was getting between my answering a call and the caller hearing me. Fast forward to a couple of days ago: I put ST back into the setup using my old login credentials to see if the delay issue had been resolved. It hasn't, but worse, I now am getting no caller name on calls, which is the whole reason for using ST in the first place. So my question for the forum is, is ST working normally for everyone else? If so, maybe I need to delete my old ST account and start over with a new one. Thoughts?
