I bought the OBI202 exclusively for the purpose of being able to use a VOIP service for faxing. I signed up with Anveo and I thought this would be a simple "plug and play" situation. I was wrong! The anveo service is configured correctly since the Obi has the anveo settings available while configuring the device to that service. I am able to make voice calls from the anveo number and am able to get calls to the anveo number via the OBI202. But, the FAX JUST DOES NOT WORK!!! Well, I take that back, it receives just the first page of the fax and then the fax machine gives an error and does not get the rest of the pages. Sending a fax does not work at all.
I have a Epson Artisan 837 and I have reduced the Baud rate and I have turned ECM (error correction mode) off. Do I need to configure the OBI in the "expert configuration" page somehow and if so what do I do or type in??!!
