Erasing another account associated with main OBItalk account

I have set up my Obi device with no problems.  My home phone and IPod both work well with the system.  I
signed my wife up for an account with her non-gmail e-mail and password, but I think I did something wrong.  Now I want to make it like her e-mail/password/account never existed and start from scratch to do it the correct way.  how do you cancel/erase an account?

I'm confused.  You setup your OBi device properly with an account on OBiTalk?  Now, you're trying to setup ANOTHER OBiTalk account for your wife for the same device?  Or is this a second GoogleVoice account? 

What is it that you are trying to accomplish?
