GV Outgoing voice quality issues

I have a newly installed Obi202 which I'm using with 2 GV accounts.
Incoming voice quality is great. No issues making or receiving calls.
Callers tell me my voice cuts out 2 to 4 times per minute.
I bypassed the router, same symptoms
Another interesting symptom, I wanted to hear what this sounded like so I called GV voicemail from one account to leave a message on the other.  Sounds fine except that voicemail always cuts off at 21 seconds.  Voicemail left from other phones can record any length up to 3 minutes.
