Anveo E911 - Should it be "Registered" or "Connected"?

I made a account with Anveo E911, made payment, etc, and went through the test process on my phone by dialing 933, and everything seemed to check out.

However, what I am wondering is, unlike Google Voice, it does not show "connected" for the status. It shows "registered" for the status. Is that normal? Is everything working properly? Should it not show "connected"?

Normal is the following for the status:
Google Voice = "connected"
SIP = "registered"
