Cheaper and allows for failover should GV fail to connect. I can call 911 failing over to a
voip.ms subaccount with my GV # spoofed and reach 911. (ie: In your case If Anvio is not available can you connect 911 dialing out through GV , I think not.) I have an Obi100 as well.
Voip.ms is on a Voice Gateway.
