fax through the Pots line

Hi guys, I need your help. I would like to connect my fax machine to the pots line and send fax using the Sp1. What should I do? I precise that when connected to the phone line all is working perfectly.

I'm assuming you mean to say you have connected your fax machine to the Phone port of your Obi. Your Line port may or may not be connected to your POTS service and you have SP1 configured to some carrier.

I have SP1 configured for Google Voice and have no problems sending faxes and did not have to do any additional setup.

Who have you configured as SP1?

Do you hear dial tone when you take your fax machine off hook?
