Obihai 202 and "lag"

Do other Obihai 202 users have issues with the "far end" not hearing voice from my end (where the 202 is)? I'm in a temporary apartment in WV before I retire later this year and my wife is in Florida. I have a Panasonic phone in the apartment (with the 202) and my wife has a Brighthouse cable phone in FL.

It could be the Panasonic phone but I hear everything that she says. This happens at our new home in FL as well as our daughter's home (also in FL). Our daughter is also using a Brighthouse cable phone.

if you dial ** 9 222 222 222 can you connect to the Obi echo test, and hear yourself repeated back?  If so, then the issue may be in the connection between GV and the line for your family.  If you have a cell, does that complete calls to your family fine?  How about if you call your cell with the obi?
