Strange - No Ring GV after dialing from Cable Phone

I have a home cable based phone which is VOIP I am sure.  If I try to dial from my cable phone to my GV numbers that are linked to my OBI, I get no ringer sound, just blank air until someone picks up or it goes to voicemail.  I can't believe this has anything to do with Obi100 or Obi110, but I just thought I would ask here if anyone else is experience this.

If I dial from my cell phone, I hear the ringing until someone answers or it goes to voicemail.  It seems to be only through this home Cable phone.  If I call any other non-GV it rings after dialing those numbers just fine.

Check to see if you have a GV Contact setup in Google Contact List for that number.  If you do, maybe it is set with Google Talk (or other forwarding phones) unchecked:

Ring my:

That will cause calls from that number to not ring your OBi connected phone!

The obitalk phone is physically ringing, I just don't hear the ringing in the earpiece from the phone I am calling, just blank air until someone answers.
