Hello all. I got this amazing new obi ata and I got it to work with GV and standard phone in 3 min. I went and got this voip phone that is made by Yealink. I was trying to get this configured for the last 5 hours and I gave up. I tried every scenario and updated the firmware on my phone as well. I cant get this to work and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I did follow this link
http://blog.obihai.com/2012/08/use-your-obi202-as-google-voice-gateway.html but I could not get it to work. The link rerences to Cisco phone config and not the Yeahlink. If anyone can help me out? or give me some direction it would be amazing. I am going to post some of the info from the phone config. Thank you in advance for all the help and I really hope I can get this phone working soon

I also have a Yealink phone. It's the SIP-T28P and was trying to get it to work using the same method you tried without any luck. I was also getting Register Fail.

I finally got it to work. See this post: http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=5684.0
