OBI202 - Sound drops for 1-2 seconds randomly

Hi.  Just as the title says.  Randomly, in the middle of calls, the sound will drop for 1-2 seconds.  I believe that the person on the other end can still hear me, but I definitely cannot hear them.  It just goes dead.  This happens on both my GV line and my Anveo line.  I have tried powering on and off, but that doesn't seem to help.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

For voip sound you have a continuous stream (a packet every 20 ms) of data packets going each way.  It is possible that the stream going one way will take a slightly different route from the stream going the other way.  Each stream represents the sound of the respective caller.  The packets go over the internet along with everything else.  It is possible for an internet network problem to interrupt the flow of packets.
