Submitting support ticket

From the webpage, I send support request. I specify all fields, and when I hit "submit", the next page says:

You chose Product: OBi100
You entered OBi No: 111111111
« Go Back

(instead of 111111111, the message shows the obi number I entered on the page, correctly). The product and number are correct, but the message looks like it's not.

If I choose product="other issue", I get the same result.
