I hope someone can assist, as my entire phone system is down right now...
As stated, my original OBI202 was damaged by a power surge (along with other items in the house), and the dial tone wouldn't work anymore. I tried to the reset button and numerous power recycles, but still no dial tone, so I pronounced it BAD, even though I could get to it via the web interface...
I thought "no problem, I'll just replace it and load up the config file I made and be back up and running quickly", but no dice. According to Obi Tech Support, the file is only good for the Obi it was created on, not a replacement Obi. They said they are working on changing that, but for now, I'm stuck...
I've added the new Obi202 to Obitalk, but now how do I get the 4 phone numbers listed in Obitalk to use the new Obi? All 4 phone numbers are from 4 different Google accounts...
One phone number uses port #1
One phone number uses port #2
The other two phone numbers only use the ObiApp on Android phones.
They are listed in ObiTalk, but now how do I associate them with the new box?
