My Obi device appears to be working correctly, yet my dashboard status is showing "Offline". I have tried resetting it, but nothing seems to clear it. Any ideas?

I have 4 obi's in my dashboard, pwr cycled the one where I am and that one came back green

Right. reboot the box does fix the problem.
