One way audio - when in a Call Waiting call using GV & CC with CNAM?

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Can anyone do a quick test?

Using an Obi202, setup with a GV number and a CC number for CNAM. When I get a second, call waiting call come in, I answer it with a hook flash.  And I can between the two calls with a hook flash. But I now get one way audio on both the first call and the second call.  It seems like a CallCentric issue, because when I test same thing with only GV as the incoming call, it all works fine.

For the past few weeks, (but only reproduced once today), instead of jumping between calls one hook flash drops both calls. The Obi Call History shows "Call Ended (403 Incorrect Authentication)" in the From column, not the To column.

Any second opinions appreciated.

Same problem here, it happens on second hook flash. This is not GV-related as I called directly second call centric line (incoming only).

this basically makes call waiting non-functional :(
