No Auto Attendant when dialed ***1, but device is accesible through web admin ip

One of my obihai110 stopped working. I deleted the device from my account and did a hard reset, all lights are green (power and internet) and when I tried to add the device (typing the*5 and four digits) it doesn't accept anything, it doesn't even give me a dial tone. I am however able to access the device through it's internal ip address. I know the phone and phone cord works as I've tried them on my landline with no problems.

I'm lost, I don't know what to do. This started to happen right after I did a firmware update (via obitalk dashboard).

I'm in the US but the device is abroad, so it's a pain not to have access (asking family members to dial the tones) while I remote manage the device itself.

Should I revert the firmware? If so, how do I do that? where do I get the previous firmware for the 110 device?
