Obi attendant does not work on Land Line

I have my obi setup almost perfectly. When my trusted callers call my google voice they get the obi attendant and by entering a pin can dial out using my landline.

However I cannot get the reverse to work. Someone calling my landline even if they are a trusted caller do not get the attendant. Why is this? Is there a simple solution?
