Last year, when I first bought the Obi, I was able to connect to it and getting working. It was easy and worked straight out of the box. Yet, I disconnected it and put it away. Now, I been trying to connect it again, but I am really having a hard time.
I can't even get the automated voice to come up when I dial the numbers suggested. The power light is solid green, the middle one blinks a couple of times, the third one doesn't even turn on. I tried the obi with 3 different phones but it won't work.
Any advice? How can I know if my obi is still under warranty? It might be less than the year than I bought it.
