can make calls out OK on all lines

no incoming calls, although calling phone rings

icon on webpage indicates orange "offline" icon

device shows lines connected/registered


any ideas?

rebooted ROUTER and now it works

orange "offline" icon still there

You may need to deregister and register the device.
