I regularly get the 401 unauthorised message on the obi device configuration screen but the voip.ms admin page shows it as registered.

Anybody any ideas please?

Does this address your question?
To gain local access from the Internet port on an OBi220:

1.  If you do not know the IP address of your OBi, find IP address:
from your phone dial ***1 and listen for the IP address.  Write it
down.

2. Enable web access from the WAN for your OBi:
Let a comma represent a pause.
dial ***0,30#, 1, 1
Your OBi should read your current IP number to you. It is often
192.168.__.__ or 10.0.__/.___ where __ represents some numbers. Write
that down.

3. Enter the IP address that you wrote down into the address box on your
browser. If you don't know what a browser is, that means Internet Explorer,
Chrome or Safari. It could  also mean Firefox,  etc.

Be prepared to enter the password for your OBi. The username is admin.

4. Note that changes you make may be overridden by OBiTalk later if
you use OBiTalk.

Hello Shale,
Thanks for your response.
In answer to your question, no.

**Edited 7/7 to add the following**

OK, I'll expand it a bit farther.

I access all my obi boxes using the obitalk portal.

Every day without fail, I will find some of the boxes will have the 401 Unauthorised status message when I go through to check them but its' respective voip account shows it's registered.

Most of the time, if I refresh the obitalk page, that box will then show as registered.

My concern is that if the 401 message is genuine, then that particular box has not been able to make or receive calls for the duration of the message - however long that has been.

Is this a problem with the obitalk portal or the boxes?
