Anveo e911 setup problems - help!

Having trouble setting up Anveo e911.  Not sure where to go for help.  Anyone help a brother out?

I start here at that Anveo site:

I click on "new service" link...then I get this message:
E911 for OBi Devices
Unable to proceed. Make sure you initiate E911 service from OBITALK portal.

Help!!!

You might try a different browser. I have no particular knowledge that is the cure in this case, but maybe you have something disabled on your common browser that the page is depending on.

you would start the purchase process through OBi wed site. Anveo has a hyper link on OBi. let me know which line you selected, ex SP1 or SP2
