iptel.org - Obi110 problem

Dear Experts,
i face problem configure my OBI110 with iptel.org account.

here's my setting :
------------------------
Service Provider Proxy Server : sip.iptel.org
Service Provider Proxy Server Port   : 5060
Outbound Proxy Server   : sip.iptel.org
Outbound Proxy Server Port :5060
User Name : myusername@iptel.org
Password : password
URI : sip:myusername@iptel.org
------------------------

and here's error message :

Register Failed: 403 Authentication and To-Header mismatch (server=212.79.111.155:5060; retry in 15s)   

Please help with correct setting or network modification

1.  iptel was doing maintenance/reconfiguring on 11 September.  I don't have an OBi registered to there but I do have iptel as a PBXes trunk and that had problems for most of the day.

2.  If you are still not registering try removing the 'sip' and just using 'iptel.org' in the server fields.

Have you tried this?

AuthUserName = myusername
URI: <blank> (or default)

If still not working, try this:
Service provider proxy server: iptel.org

(Keep everything else same as what you have)

Outbound Proxy Server Port :5060

------------------------

leave URI Blank (don't write anything)
