OBi200 connected (outgoing/incoming call) OK. But no ring tone on incoming call

Hi,

I just bought a OBi200, connected to my home network, setup static IP address and connected to a analog phone per instruction.

1. I could make a outgoing call to other phone
2. I could make a incoming call to the Obi200 (phone), however there is NO ring tone on the phone I connected to the OBi200.

Am I missing something? Please help

Are you saying that you can pick up the OBi's phone, and the incoming caller is connected. However the ring did not alert you to an incoming call.

Are you sure the ringer is turned on on that phone? Can you try a different phone?

Yes, I use my cell phone to call OBi's phone, the call is connected but the ring did not alert an incoming call.
The ringer of the phone set to maximum loudness, the phone was use on Voynage VoIP adapter with no issue.
