Help: Inbound Calls Not Coming Through

Hi, wondering if anyone can provide some help.

Inbound calls are not coming through.  Message states that "the number you have called is unassigned. Please check the number...".

ObiTalk Dashboard shows status as green.  No version upgrades are present via "***6". 

I've not had issues for over a year, but today I am getting this message.  Outbound calls are fine.  Thanks.

Check the website of your VOIP provider. Check call history.

I am pretty sure the OBi is not issuing that message.
