Where is speed dial 99 in the Speed Dial Settings of OBiTALK?

just curious, in the Speed Dial Settings page of your OBiTALK dashboard, where is 99?  the droplist starts from 1, the softphone default, and ends in 98.  where's 99?

the unit's expert configuration page has up to 99.  but the dashboard's droplist only has 98.
