Obitalk can make calls but not receive them..

Google talk is configured with it and the number on the receiving end looks fine but when I call it my obitalk/google talk number nothing goes.  What's up?

It worked before for a bit and now this happens, wtf.

I also had to reassign a new google voice number last month since that google voice number vanished somehow but otherwise I haven't touched any settings outside upgrading the firmware. Maybe delete and re-assign google voice number?
