One of many set ups I have been messing with.
Old Android phone paired with Obi via Bluetooth
voice+ app installed and set up to forward to IpKall number
=Free Google Voice calls

Dial the number you want to call.
Hang up.
Answer incoming call.
Wait for the other person to answer their phone.

Other apps may work.  The best option is probably the free Vonage app.  It does not work very well over bluetooth with my Obi and my phone.  I suspect that is largely because of my phone.  The free Vonage app will spoof caller ID so calls appear to come from Google Voice.

I would love to hear some feedback.  Has anyone been using the Vonage app paired with their Obi?

EDIT: The cell phone must have been activated.  The Obi may give 'No network available' message.  The phone might even need service for it to work.
Long live our new ObiLords!
