Caller ID Not Displaying

I have an OBi202 with Freephoneline as one of my service providers. I have never been able to get the Caller ID of callers, which I thought was standard on both Freephoneline and the OBi device. All I have ever gotten was "New CID: XX". It's not the end of the world, but I would like to get this functioning properly. I use Uniden cordless phones with Caller ID displays.

Does anybody have any idea what needs changing in the configuration to display the caller's name and/or number?

Please check the OBi call history to see if the OBi is receiving the CID correctly.
Log directly into the OBi using the Web interface.
Click Status, then Call History.
The Peer Number will contain the CID.
What does the Peer Number look like?
Does it contain any special characters like +

There is nothing there called "peer number", but in the column furthest to the right there are numbers of the format:
To GT1(caller number)

Could it be that my Uniden phones are not set up correctly? I've looked there and can't find anything to change related to caller ID, though!
