Block _All_ incoming except...

HI, want to block ALL Incoming Calls EXCEPT for 5 numbers. Got a Obi202 & had Anveo. The amount of 
bogus calls - even after applying Oleg's Method and sip traps - is breathtaking. What to do???

Replace those numbers with the numbers you want to ring your phone.
