Moving from GV to a different sip provider

I have a OBi 110 and have been using GV with an additional sip provider for long distance.  I want to delete the GV and place a Sip provider to the SP1.  There are some dial rules and I would prefer not to re do those.  Can I just replace the SP1?

Just change the following parms.

Service Providers -> ITSP A Profile A -> General -> SignalingProtocol: SIP
Service Providers -> ITSP A Profile A -> SIP -> ProxyServer: ..............
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName: ......................
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword: .........................
