Trunk group

Trunk group 1 is inconsistent. Set to SP1 as test. Sometimes it works, but then it starts to require me to dial **1 [SP1] before phone # or I get a "not configured" message. It appears it loses the pointer to SP1. Trunk Group 2 does not do this.
