Outgoing Call problem

Provider is Anveo: I do not know what happen but the outgoing calls will ring my cell phone and a message at the same time "there is no service available to complete the call", then when I answer the phone the calls drop after the 2nd message"there is no service available to complete the call". Need assistance.

Try prefixing the number with **2 if Anveo is on SP2... (adjust if not on SP2)  Does that change behavior?

I found out the problem. My other OBi100 is still connected to the same phone.. "SOLVED"....Thanks for the response.
