OBi 110 is giving me an error message

My wife drop accidentally the Obitalk 110 on the floor and the phones are giving me the following message: Searching when I press it starts flashing Connecting and then it comes back with unavailable and it goes back to Searching.
Any suggestions please help.

I am going to guess that you already fixed the new problem without posting that fact.
