I have an OBi110 which I am now using with Phonepower.  When I call the Auto Attendant (AA) from my SP1 phone (PhonePower), I connect, enter "3", my PhonePower number (SP1), and #.  Get Thanks msg and hang up.  The AA _does_ call back according to both OBi110 & Phonepower call logs, but I get no phone ring.  After about 30 seconds the AA disconnects, probably due to no voice input.  I have Voice Services (AA) PRIMARY LINE set to SP1.  Any suggestions on how to get this to work??  Thanks in advance!  BTW, calling from my cell phone in my COT also does not work.

Have you checked the obvious that the called-back number in the OBi call history and the PhonePower log exactly match what is needed to reach your phone?

md85260

Yes, I enter 240-880-xxxx and OBi AA calls 1-240-880-xxxx.  Phonepower log shows call coming from 240-880-xxxx at same time as AA log.  As I said, the call does connect for 20 sec., but since I don't get a ring, so the AA disconnects after timeout.

Are you using your PhonePower account to call itself?
If yes, you are creating a loop and I'm not sure it will work.
The original outbound call uses SP1
The call returns on SP1 and the AA gets control
The AA is using SP1 to make the callback
The callback returns on SP1
The callback will have the same CID to route to the AA, but the AA is busy.
I don't know what will happen.

Try changing Voice Services -> SP1 service -> MaxSessions: 4

What happens when you use your cell phone?
Do you get to the AA?
Are you telling the AA to call your PP number or cell number?
Try telling the AA to call your cell.

You can use a speed dial to test the callback function.
Remove PP from COT.
Define a speed dial like this:  aa()
Dial the speed dial number.

I changed the sessions to 4.  No difference; still no ring, but again showing a connect with time out.  Here is the log from calling from my cell to AA with cell ringback:  even though it shows transfer, there is no ring on my Phonepower (SP1) phone. After callback to the cell and entering option 2 (make a new call),  I get "wait while...connected" then silence.   BTW, if I enter option 1 (ring phone attached to the OBi), I get the exact same scenario.

I don't understand the question re using PP account to call itself.  All I am attempting to do is what is given in the 1st paragraph of the Obi cb tutorial.  "Using your own number for the callback allows you to make new calls via the OBi at receiving rates....."  Am I missing something in what I am doing?  My problem is the phone doesn't ring on a call from the AA when attempting a call back.  It does ring on all other incoming calls to my PP number.

1. What does the PhonePower call log show?

2. The OBi call log shows the AA's calls as being 11 digits (with leading 1). Are you sure that is what PhonePower expect? I'm not a user but a quick look at their web site seems to show only the 10 digit versions.

PP just strips off the "1" on their logs.  A PP tech called me this PM as I had asked earlier in the day if they had any solution.  Bottom line is they cannot get any support from Obihai either.  All the other ATAs give them support when needed.  Not Obi!  It is just a black box to them, so they cannot help.  The ring signal is being sent to me, but the 110 is not doing anything with it.

Please post the following:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A: DigitMap
Voice Services -> SP1 Service: X_InboundCallRoute
Voice Services -> Auto Attendant: OutboundCallRoute
Voice Services -> Auto Attendant: DigitMap

Maybe I'll see the problem.

Is 1240880xxxx your cell or PP number?

azrobert-- as requested:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A: DigitMap:  (**|[3469]11|0|00|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxxS0|*21|*53xxxx|*6[27]xx.|*[789]2xx.|*73|*74[0-1][0-9]*xxxxxxxxxx|*75[0-1][0-9]|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

Voice Services -> SP1 Service: X_InboundCallRoute:  {(x.240880xxxx|x.480448xxxx):aa},{>240880xxxx:ph}

Voice Services -> Auto Attendant: OutboundCallRoute: {([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{0:ph},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

Voice Services -> Auto Attendant: DigitMap:    ([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]|[1-9][0-9]|<00:$1>|0|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

The 240- is my PP number.  The 480- is cell.
BTW, I do not have OBiON installed on my cell.  It never worked on my Android phone (version 4.) so I am dialing using the native dialer.  The cell is in my COT.

In your example above:

09:35:05
Peer Number   480448xxxx
This shows your inbound cell number connecting to AA

09:36:28   Transfer to SP1(1240880xxxx), State=connected, Bridge=0
This show the AA using SP1 to call your PP number.
SP1 is your PP account, so you are using 1240880xxxx to call 1240880xxxx.
That is what I meant by using PP to call itself.

09:36:28
Peer Number   1240880xxxx   1240880xxxx
This shows the AA calling your PP number.

The call then comes in SP1 on the OBi
{(x.240880xxxx|x.480448xxxx):aa}

This rule checks for calls from your PP account or cell.
It matches the inbound call and sends the call to the AA, but the AA is busy making the above call. I guess it just goes into limbo.

When you get the callback, call a different number.
or
Remove x.240880xxxx| from the above rule.

You will get the same loop when using the phone connected to the OBi Phone Port.

You said it didn't work when you select Option 1 to continue the call. I don't understand why that doesn't work.

|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.

The above rules at the end of your ITSP A DigitMap are duplicates. This won't cause any problems, but you should remove them.

If you're interested, the AA will send a zero to the AA OutboundCallRoute when you select option 1 to continue the call.
Then rule {0:ph} will send the call to the Phone Port.
