Phone not ringing on calling ObiTalk number

I have an ObiHai200 device. If I call the SIP number, my phone rings fine. If I use the attendent mode to call back, the phone rings.

However, when I try to call my obitalk number from an ObiOn softphone, the phone doesn't ring.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum! I suggest you should have posted the question here instead. lol

That said this may be a Obion issue or an Obitalk issue.  Try dialing 222 222 222 for the echo test to make sure that is working.  Then use Chrome web browser to make a call(top right corner) to your Obi to see if that works.  Let us know what you find and we can move on from there.

I tried calling 222.222.222 on the phone. Don't hear anything - or rather, get the message - "The number you have dialed has not been recognized. Please try again". Not sure if I am doing what you wanted.

I tried using the Chrome browser to "Call OBI". Get this message:
Call Failed
Connection to 500662386 cannot be established.
