Author Topic: Obion or ObiAPP hang up right away  (Read 42405 times)

Obion and ObiAPP used to work just fine. But now when I try to use either one, it dials, then hangs up after a second. I have tried going into the Softphone in the web dashboard portal and removing the Obi as a voice gateway, saving it, then adding it again and saving it. I also have tried logging out and then logging back in for Obion. Everything appears to connect fine. I have also tried the echo test (**9222222222) and that works fine as well.

Any ideas?

I guess nobody has any ideas? Everybody is idealess?

Maybe I'll post in another category. Perhaps nobody reads the Obion thread because there is no support for the app and it sucks.

I was having odd issues with Obion and an OBI adapter where certain things worked but others did not, what worked for me was to perform a factory reset and reconfiguration of the adapter after first deleting it from my Obitalk account. I then added adapter to my account and re-configured it from the Obitalk portal. Search the forums for "factory reset", not sure if all steps are needed. Good luck.
