How do I get calls to forward to my cell phone from obi?

I just switched from Google Voice to Anveo for my Obi202.  It used to be set up so calls would be automatically forwarded to my cell phone but I'm not sure why it's not doing that anymore.  Where is that set up?  Was that something only Google Voice had?
