PhonePower - No Auido either way on incoming calls

I'd switched to PhonePower from Google Voice for the supposed cutoff on 5-15.
Now add me to the list of numerous PhonePower users with the problem that started several days ago.
Incoming calls ring, no audio for both people when you answer the phone.
People using a variety of ISPs so doesn't appear to be linked to an ISP or to a particular router.
So far PhonePower hasn't been able to fix their problem.

Are you on an "Obi" PhonePower subscription plan?

Do you know if the audio problems are contained to a certain geographical region?

So far I haven't experienced any problems in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle.

Edit: So do you have the PP softphone installed on your computer? If so, I assume you are experiencing the same audio problems with the softphone?

I had the same problem, you need to go to "service provider set-up" from the Obitalk Device configuration, this will take you your phone power account and you have to synchonize you PP account. This should fix the problem.
