phone ring one time then go to voice mail right away.

Hi everbody,

My Obi100 just ring one time then go to voice mail right away. This just happen in the last couple day. I have not made any change in the setting at all. I have SP1 to GV and SP2 to phonepower for 911. I search the forum but could not find any thread to correct the problem. I recall the phone used to ring 5 or 6 time before the voice mail pick up. Thanks you all for any guiding to fix this problem

actually I solved the ring problem - I set the number of incoming rings to 4x_) on the PHONE ITSELF.

Would you provide more detail of what parameter that you set. Does your sp1 & sp2 set up the same as mine ?.

There is no Obi voicemail. Either the is going to the voicemail from your provider, or it is going to the recorder that is plugged into the Obi, and may be part of the phone.

There is no setting to cause calls to GV to not go to GV voicemail after 25 seconds.
