I have two OBi devices on the portal. Yesterday, both had a red "Offline" message, and today, one of the two does. I opened a ticket yesterday, and I also got the "we see your devices from our end" reply. Look on your failing device via the local web page. Look at the Service Provider page, for OBiTALK. On the failing device, it says "backing off". I think they've got a problem and just haven't figured it out yet.
