I have a recurring problem with incoming calls. I'm using Google Voice and all GV settings have been double checked. Phone rings but sometimes (a few times per day - but not always) when I pick up there is no audio. After lengthy research I believe the issue lies with my modem/router config.
I have the OBi200 set up in two different locations. Spectrum is the cable provider at both.
Location 1 has an Arris DG1670
Location 2 has an Ubee DDW36C
I have pretty good technical knowledge and am able to access the router configuration pages as necessary to change settings. Research thus far suggests I need to change NAT/port/dynamic IP settings but I'm not sure how to execute those changes. Help!
