Anveo 911 Options

It appears that one can sign up for Anveo 911 for $12 or $15 a year.

But it also appears that one can get Anveo 911 for 80 cents a month on the Anveo website.

What is the difference?

Can I choose the latter option while using Google voice for all inbound/outbound calls?

Is the $12/year option still available?  I don't see it.  That's essentially the same as the $0.80/month service.  The $15/year one includes email alert.  Yes, you can use it with GV.

I am new. Trying to get the e911 and have been unsuccessful. Should I go to the site and add it?
