Number re-direct options from Obi dashboard

I'd like an easy way to make my Obi device call the police station when I dial "911" or a way to direct a call to free information if I dial "411", et cetera.

You can do it from the expert configuration at your dashboard, without turning off auto provisioning. The guide was written before the expert configuration option was available.

Just follow the same procedure from the Expert Config, without changing the provisioning. The Expert Config will automatically change the provisioning to "periodically".

I edited the guide for management from both the device's web interface and the Obi Expert Configuration.
