Or, you could just go onto the Obihai Facebook page.  They are running a giveaway on OBi200's this Thanksgiving weekend.  It's the second contest in the last month.  I won an OBi200 from the first contest.  Go onto their Facebook page ... like it ... make a comment ... and then share the post.  I was shocked and delighted when I won an OBi200!  You may be as lucky!   :o

Yeah, but with the recent portal issues and some "no rings" on a RingTo phone I'm starting to question my discipleship.  ;)

If you can "convert" the people you talk to most to Obi devices then you won't need Ring.to.  Obi to Obi calls are free and easy.  Plus Google Voice still works fine.

@Lavarock7 I'm trying to convert a few myself.
Long live our new ObiLords!

Please ring a bell when you can directly port an old pots # to GV.  ::)
Maybe porting a number from RT to GV is possible, I don't know.
What I do know is that RT is one of obi's recommended VOIP providers but it certainly isn't nearly as reliable as GV and that obi's "portal" web management page is spacey at times, which isn't a problem if you're savvy enough to be able to manage your obi locally which my parents are not.
So me pitching obi's VOIP to someone who just wants to dial out and receive calls reliably has to be tempered with the admonishment....it's worth every penny you'll pay for it.  ;D
