After few weeks service worked well, suddenly I can't make call out.
I have the latest firmware. Status page on OBiTALK portal says offline and the echo test call says "no service available.."

I'm receiving incoming calls with no problems.

Please advice.

The echo test number has been down a lot recently, but it is working again as I type this. Try it again.

The echo test number still says "no service available ..."

When I dial to any other number, I'm getting the following message "The number you dialed was rejected by service provider reason code 400"

Reboot your router.

Wait two minutes.

Reboot your OBi.

(Reboot means remove power, wait 30 seconds, reapply power.)

If still not working.

Attempt a call to the Obi test number.

Attempt a a call to a number on your ITSP.

Point a web browser to the OBi's IP address.  (Dial ***1 to hear it if you don't know it.)

Log in. (admin and admin if you have not changed the default password.)

At the left hand side click on the + to the left of Status.

Click on Call History.

Call 1 and Call 2 will show the details of those last two calls.

For the echo test one you should see OBiTALK1, ob222222222 and Outbound in the right hand column.

For the other one you should see equivalent things.

If you do not, what do they say?

I followed the suggested steps.

The echo test call (**9-222-222-222) still fails "no service available..." The call doesn't show up on the history log.

I do able to perform now outbound call to other number and see those calls in the history log.

The status on the OBiTalk portal still shows offline.

Does the OBI requires regularly restart of the router?
