Call disconnects before Answering system picks up

I have OBI110 with Line Port connected to Nettalk (SIP Service Provider). LINE port is the default. Phone port is connected to my Uniden Cordless phone. When ever some one calls me, the phone rings and after 4 rings it goes to Answering system and immediately the caller gets disconnected and unable to leave a voice message. Please advise me of any settings that I might need to change.
BTW, I am in USA.
