Just one lose end... not unusual with dial planning!

<> is a neat trick on the DMP.  I use it in ((<>|033|044)(local/long-distance)) to prepend default OR Value OR Premium VoIP.ms routing.

But here it would be a BandAid on my boo-boo. :-)  Your revision is best.
