I have two OBi1062 phone working on Broadvoice in my office that randomly all the lights go amber. It almost looks like a reboot or firmware update but the firmware hasn't changed and the up time indicates no reboot. When it does this, if you are on a call, it drops. I do not have any network devices using the PC port of either phone. Does anyone have any clue what might be causing this?
