OBi110 behaves badly as uptime increases

I have an OBi110. I don't know very much about this terminology yet, but I think it's correct to say the OBi110 is configured as an FXO gateway. It works with an Asterisk server. Together they answer the phone and make callers answer a question before ringing the inside line (the PHONE port). The system works well, at first.

The problem is, after the OBi110 shows 5 days or so of uptime, it seems to be in some kind of degraded mode and behaves erratically. Sometimes it will ring the inside line without ever consulting Asterisk. Sometimes it will consult Asterisk, and I'll hear the voice prompts, but the system is completely unresponsive to DTMF. I can test many times and observe the same "degraded" behavior many times in a row. 30 seconds after rebooting the OBi110, the system is back to normal, 100% functional, extremely responsive to DTMF, etc.

This is very bad for my application. Any ideas? How can I debug this?
